Sorry that it's taken me forever to get this blog going. I just really suck at getting motivated to do anything computer-wise. So just to get everyone up to date, my little family is loving being back in the metroplex! It's so nice to be able to only have to drive two hours instead of six to get home to see my parents. The weather is awesome! I'm really hoping for snow this Christmas. But I will admit, there are some days I really, really miss The Woodlands. If I could have moved that whole area with me I would have in a heart beat!
You would not even believe how big Wyatt is! HE'S WALKING!!!! My little man took his first steps at 9 months and now at 10 1/2 months he's practically running! We're taking him to the pumpkin patch here soon so hopefully I will learn how to post pictures better by then. He's so beautiful and his strawberry-blond hair is curly now! He can say "Mama", "Dada", "Bye-bye", and "Go". He loves music and dances when he hears the Backyardigans song come on TV. I've been trying to start planning a birthday party for him. But honestly what are you supposed to do for a one year old? All I really want is to get the family together and watch Wyatt destroy a cake. That sounds good enough to me! The only problem is that between Brad's and my family there's 50 people to invite! So I think we might pull a Paris Hilton and have two parties for him: one here and one in Abilene.
I know he's only going to be one, but I feel like this whole year has just slipped by. It took us so long to get pregnant with him and now he's moving into the toddler stage already! I hate to admit it, but I've got the baby bug! I don't think it's bitten Brad yet, but he knows I'm ready and willing! I'm just afraid it might take a long time to get pregnant again so I want to start trying now before Wyatt's ten! We'll see how it goes......
Well I will try to be more diligent at posting on here. I know how much I like to read everyone else's blogs! And if you see that my blog looks goofy, please give me some pointers because computers are not my thing!
